BECKLEY: Melinda Cook, a consultant with Merle Norman cosmetics, shows Dolly Bolen of Beckley various cosmetics at the Merle Norman booth at the 12th annual Bridal, Prom and Special Occasions Fair at the Tamarack Conference Center Saturday. Two hundred registered brides-to-be — a new record for the event — sampled caterers’ wares, checked out DJs and dancing instructors.
