Do I have to register for the alumni message board? |

Yes. In order to protect our members email address and stop SPAM posting, we require you to register for the message board. Once your registered and logged in, will be able to view the message board and photo gallery. |

Yes and No. Yes, if you want the ability to create your own albums and upload photos, leave and read photo comments, rate photos, and send e-cards. No, if you only want to view photos. If you are registered for the message board, you are automatically registered for the photo gallery. |

How do I create a photo album and upload photos? |
| A: |
- After you log in, click on "My Gallery" in the menu at the top of the page.
- Click on "Upload File" in the top menu.
- If this is your first visit, it will say: "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files" this means you will have to create and album.
- Click on the "Create / Order My Albums" button.
- Click on the "New" button and then highlight the words "New Album" in the small box. Type in a name for you album.
- Click on "Apply Modifications" then click "OK" then "Continue."
- This will take you back to the category menu. Click on "Upload File" in the top menu.
- Click on "Browse" and select the photo(s) you want to up load then click "Continue."
- On the next screen, select your album in the drop down menu, enter a title for you photo and a description (optional) then click "Continue."
- Repeat the process until all your uploaded photos have been placed in your album then click "Continue."

Why do we have to register for the message board and photo gallery? |

These features have been password protected to help stop Spammers from gaining access to them. Spammers utilize message boards to harvest email addresses so they will know where to send their unwanted email. They utilize photo galleries to post advertisements which takeup server space reserved for photos. Requiring you to register protects you from spammers sending even more unwanted email and from taking up valuable server space. |

Absolutely nothing. User information is strictly private and confidential. I will only use it to contact the person if need be. You can read more about this in the Tomahawk Times Privacy Policy. |
