Located at Rockhouse, below Baileysville on Rt. 97, less than 3 mi. from Horse Creek Lake turn off. A dirt road sharply dips to the left of the highway, where you will notice two dwellings. The dirt road turns steeply upward to a tiered layout created when the R.D. Bailey Project was underway. Drive only to the top of the road, not on the level section; walk across the tier to the base of the hill. (If you miss it: On the right side of the highway, look for the old road with guardrails sharply curving in front of a lone white house. Turn here, backtrack to the first right turn-off "just down the road a piece.")
